Job summary

PT Dua Delapan Resources seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil engineering activities for mining infrastructure. You will design roads, bridges, drainage, and supporting facilities, review geotechnical analyses, and prepare BOQ and budgets for projects.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in mining or heavy construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D. The role is on-site at our South Jakarta subsidiary operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of professional Civil Engineer experience, preferably in mining or heavy construction.
• Experience in designing mining hauling roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Strong capability in BOQ, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Civil 3D and related civil design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering activities for mining operations and infrastructure.
• Prepare and review designs for roads, bridges, culverts, drainage, and infrastructure.
• Prepare designs for supporting facilities like offices, workshops, warehouses.
• Perform geotechnical analyses for slope stability and earthworks.
• Review contractor proposals, progress, quantities, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Mine Engineering, Operations, HSE, Procurement, and contractors.
