Job summary

Ucoal is seeking a senior supervisor in Sumatera Selatan to lead planning, scheduling, and monitoring of hauling road maintenance for safe, efficient mining operations. You will coordinate with Mining Operations, Engineering, and contractors to keep targets and standards aligned, while supervising performance and driving cost-effective improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mining Engineering, 7+ years in related supervision, and strong expertise in road maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mining Eng or related field.
• 7+ years in supervisory/management in hauling road maintenance or mining operations.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and progress control of road maintenance.
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work plans for hauling road maintenance based on priorities and road conditions.
• Determine manpower, equipment, material, and other resource requirements based on approved work plans.
• Develop, monitor, and update road maintenance schedules, targets, and progress plans.
• Monitor and evaluate progress against targets and identify deviations requiring corrective action.
• Coordinate with Mining Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and contractors for effective execution.
• Identify delays, constraints, and risks and develop recovery or acceleration actions.
• Monitor road conditions to set maintenance priorities by traffic, weather, and safety.
