Worley in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Civil/Structural Engineer to lead foundation design for industrial and materials-handling infrastructure. You will develop reinforced-concrete foundations ensuring capacity, stability and code compliance, while coordinating with geotechnical inputs.

The role demands 10+ years of experience, STRI preferred, and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, constructible designs on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant civil structural experience.
• Practical reinforced-concrete foundation design experience.
• Experience with industrial or heavy civil foundations.
• Ability to interpret geotechnical recommendations and bearing constraints.
• Knowledge of ACI, AS/AS-NZS, ASCE or similar codes.
• STRI certificate highly preferable.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of foundation design packages from design basis through detailed design and construction-ready issue.
• Develop foundations for overland conveyors, ground-module sleepers, trestles and transfer stations.
• Prepare and check engineering calculations, design notes, reports, technical specifications, drawing inputs and quantity information.
• Coordinate foundation interfaces with grading, earthworks, drainage, access, retaining structures and utilities.
• Review models and drawings for alignment with engineering design and constructability requirements.
• Participate in site visits and project coordination activities as required.
