Job summary

PT Bansko Btater Global in Bali seeks a highly skilled Senior CGI Artist to translate creative concepts into production‑ready visuals. You will own the full CGI workflow from modelling to final compositing, delivering photorealistic product CGI for campaigns and marketing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CGI/3D Visualisation, strong knowledge of pipelines, and hands‑on experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya and leading renderers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in CGI / 3D Visualisation / Motion Design.
• Strong understanding of the full 3D production pipeline.
• Advanced proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya or equivalent.
• Strong experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Redshift, Octane, Cycles, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of PBR materials, lighting, shaders, camera composition, modelling, texturing, and rendering.
• Experience creating photorealistic product CGI is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects or equivalent compositing/post‑production tools.
• Able to interpret creative direction and turn it into high‑quality visual output independently.
• Strong problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual quality.
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑directed, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional CGI work is required.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality 3D/CGI visuals for commercial and marketing campaigns.
• Handle the full CGI workflow from 3D modelling, UV mapping, texturing, materials, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Translate creative briefs, references, and concepts into polished final visuals.
• Create photorealistic product visualisations with accurate materials, lighting, reflections, shadows, and composition.
• Develop and maintain efficient 3D workflows for high quality and timely production.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Marketing, and other team members.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently and find efficient solutions during production.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Ensure final assets are technically clean, optimised, and ready for production or campaign use.

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Senior CGI Artist to join our creative team in Bali.

We are looking for someone who can work independently from day one, translate creative concepts into high-quality 3D visuals, and confidently handle the full CGI production process from modelling and texturing through lighting, rendering, and final compositing.

This is a hands‑on senior role for someone with a strong technical foundation, excellent visual standards, and the ability to deliver production‑ready work with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create high-quality 3D/CGI visuals, product renders, environments, and animations for commercial and marketing campaigns.

Handle the full CGI workflow from 3D modelling, UV mapping, texturing, materials, lighting, rendering, and compositing.

Translate creative briefs, references, and concepts into polished final visuals.

Create photorealistic product visualisations with accurate materials, lighting, reflections, shadows, and composition.

Develop and maintain efficient 3D workflows for high-quality and timely production.

Work closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Marketing, and other creative team members.

Troubleshoot technical issues independently and find efficient solutions during production.

Manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining high attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of professional experience in CGI / 3D / 3D Visualisation / Motion Design.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

5+ years of professional experience in CGI, 3D Visualisation, 3D Design or a related field.

Advanced skills in Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya or equivalent.

Strong experience with V-Ray, Corona, Redshift, Octane, Cycles or equivalent rendering engines.

Excellent understanding of PBR materials, shaders, lighting, modelling, texturing, camera composition and rendering.

Strong experience creating photorealistic CGI, particularly product visualisation.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects or equivalent post‑production software.

Strong technical problem‑solving skills.

Able to work independently and deliver production‑ready work without extensive guidance or training.

Strong attention to detail and high visual standards.

Excellent portfolio/showreel demonstrating professional CGI work.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, product, advertising, or e-commerce CGI.

Experience creating CGI for social media, digital advertising, and commercial campaigns.

Motion graphics and 3D animation experience.

Experience with procedural modelling, Geometry Nodes, Houdini, simulations, or advanced 3D workflows.

Experience working with international clients or creative teams.
