Job summary

Aspen Medical is seeking compassionate Elderly Care Assistants to provide essential support and companionship to seniors in Bekasi. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and offer emotional support from your Bekasi location.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal support, medication monitoring, and light housekeeping while maintaining the dignity and comfort of each client. A patient, empathetic demeanor and prior care experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in elderly care, nursing assistance, or related healthcare field.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and a commitment to professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor vital signs.
• Provide companionship, engage in conversation, and accompany clients on outings.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
