TRUST is looking for Senior Business Consultant, that will grow with us by:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts
• Understand client business needs and ensure proposed solutions are relevant and value-driven
• Act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson, by analyzing client challenges, preparing proposals/solutions, negotiating, and closing deals
• Achieve revenue targets, manage pipeline growth, and expand market presence
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) in daily activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field
• 3–5 years of experience as Sales Engineer or in a similar commercial/technical sales role
• Strong willingness to learn and grow, with strong business and commercial acumen
• High likability with an easygoing personality; strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effective with clients
