Job summary

Eka Jaya Group (Hanasui, NCo) is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and growth for premium beauty brands. You will own long-term roadmaps, oversee launches, and drive brand equity while coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital, and product development teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Brand Management in Beauty/FMCG.
• Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies.
• Experience in product launches, brand growth, and portfolio management.
• Track record of driving brand performance, sales growth, and market share.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Growth: Develop long-term roadmaps to drive equity and market share.
• Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze trends and translate insights into strategies.
• Brand Planning & Portfolio Management: Lead annual planning and lifecycle management.
• Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and optimize campaigns across channels.
• Product Launch & Innovation: Drive end-to-end launches and post-launch evaluation.
• Commercial & Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and ROI; translate data into actions.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, Digital, etc.
• Agency & Stakeholder Management: Lead relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Brand Governance: Ensure consistent positioning across touchpoints.
