ADECCO INDONESIA is seeking an experienced BI Engineer (Business Intelligence) to join our team in South Jakarta on a 6 months contract (renewable). The role focuses on designing, developing, migrating, and maintaining BI solutions, dashboards, and data interfaces to enable data-driven decision making for a telecommunications client.

The candidate will transform data into actionable insights, support data integration efforts, and ensure data quality and security across BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence Engineering, BI Development, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience developing, migrating, deploying, and maintaining BI solutions or data-driven applications.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions, data interfaces, or actionable analytical outputs.
• Understanding of data integration, data quality, and the processes required to deliver reliable business intelligence.
• Awareness of data security and privacy protection in BI and data-related solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop Business Intelligence Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, reporting interfaces, and data-driven applications that provide actionable insights to support business and operational decision-making.
• Develop Data-Driven Insights: Transform business data into meaningful information through structured reporting, analytical outputs, dashboards, and other BI deliverables aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Data Migration and Integration: Support the migration and integration of data, BI assets, reporting solutions, or related interfaces to ensure data availability, consistency, and continuity across systems.
• Deployment and Implementation: Deploy BI solutions and related interfaces into target environments, ensuring functionality, reliability, and alignment with technical and business requirements.
• Maintenance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain existing BI applications, dashboards, reporting interfaces, and data-related components while troubleshooting issues and supporting ongoing enhancements.
• Knowledge Engine Interface Development: Develop and maintain interfaces that enable users to access, interpret, and utilize relevant data and knowledge to improve information accessibility, adoption, and decision-making.
• Data Quality and Reliability: Help ensure that data presented through BI solutions is accurate, consistent, accessible, and suitable for business use.
• Data Security and Privacy Protection: Integrate appropriate security and data privacy considerations into BI development, migration, deployment, and maintenance activities, following applicable policies and requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, data teams, and technical teams to understand requirements, clarify reporting needs, and deliver BI solutions that address business objectives.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve issues affecting BI applications, reporting interfaces, data availability, or solution performance, and support improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
