Job summary

Cloud Kinetics is seeking a skilled BI Developer to join its Data & Analytics team in Jakarta. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that drive data‑driven decisions across business units.

Proficiency in AWS Redshift, SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau is required. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical abilities with business acumen and will collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable dashboards

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Fluent in SQL with experience optimizing queries for AWS Redshift.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (dimensional, star schema, snowflake).
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau (DAX, measures, calculated fields, advanced visualizations).
• Ability to perform deep-dive data analysis and present findings in a business-friendly manner.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand diverse BU processes.
• Willing to do onsite working in South Jakarta area with yearly contract extendable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries on AWS Redshift to support analytics and dashboards.
• Build data models (star schema, dimensional modeling) to support business reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure clean and reliable datasets for BI use cases.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders across business units to translate requirements into effective dashboards and reports.
• Ensure BI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Support self‑service BI adoption by building reusable datasets, measures, and documentation.
