Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Head to drive sustainable growth through the bancassurance channel. You will lead regional sales teams, shape sales strategies, and strengthen partnerships with banking partners while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

You will develop and monitor pipeline, coach leaders, and report performance to senior management. Mandarin/Hokkien language skills are encouraged, and a strong track record in bancassurance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 8–10 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance, banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-level sales teams.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, investment solutions, and bancassurance business models.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and business results.
• Professional insurance certifications are an advantage where applicable.
• Candidates with Mandarin / Hokkien language capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bancassurance sales strategy to hit targets and drive growth.
• Lead regional and area sales teams to maximize productivity and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner banks' senior management and branch leaders.
• Drive sales through pipeline management, business reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and present regular business performance reports to senior management.
