Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a Backend Engineer to design and implement features across its sites and services. You will work with product, business, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions, writing high quality code and owning parts of the system within an agile environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, OOP, and experience with Go, NodeJS, or C++.

Qualifications

• B.S, M.S, and/or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the software industry.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and OOP.
• Good understanding of microservices, HTTP, RESTful APIs, OAuth.
• Experience with cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement product features for Kredivo sites and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Sales to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Write high quality, maintainable code.
• Own parts of the system and continuously improve them in an agile environment.
• Benchmark, load test, diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Research and implement modern back-end frameworks and technologies.
• Participate in design discussions and reviews and propose technical solutions.
