Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend engineering or enterprise systems experience.
• Strong software design, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with APIs, databases and data integration.
• Experience with testing, Git, code review and modern practices.
• Understanding of security, observability, reliability and maintainable backend engineering.
• Experience with ERP integration including data mapping and synchronization.
• Experience integrating SAP Business One or SAP Hana.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable backend services and integration components.
• Build and maintain APIs and database-driven backend functionality.
• Implement data processing and synchronization workflows with strong reliability.
• Apply robust authentication, retry, idempotency, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Write tests, debug issues, and maintain production-quality backend code.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise ERP systems and their data sources.
• Analyse ERP schemas, implement data mappings, and validate synchronization to our product.
