Job summary

PT Genesys Integrated Indonesia is seeking a web developer to design, implement, and enhance web-based products for existing systems. You will maintain the codebase, fix bugs, write tests, and ensure quality outputs.

Collaborate with mobile/desktop teams to build/share APIs, and provide guidance to junior developers while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s in CS/IT with 3+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) with minimum 3 years of web development experience.
• Detail-oriented, strong time-management, highly productive, creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement web-based products and new features for existing systems.
• Maintain and improve the existing codebase, including troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Perform coding, testing, and ensure development output meets defined quality standards.
• Collaborate with mobile/desktop development teams to build and maintain APIs for cross-platform data integration.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and provide technical guidance and performance input for junior developers when needed.
