Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience in backend engineering, software engineering, or enterprise systems.
• Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with APIs, databases, and data integration.
• Experience with testing, Git, code review, and modern software development practices.
• Understanding of security, observability, reliability, and maintainable backend engineering.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise-system integration, including data mapping and synchronization.
