Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Support professional for the Jakarta-based Automation Energy Industries team. You will support assigned sales during proposals, acting as the key technical resource and preparing product descriptions, costs, and final documentation.

The role focuses on defining automation solutions (DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS), leading tender activities, and coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical, or Chemical Eng.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions (DCS/PLC/SCADA/SIS) per URDs and specs.
• Lead technical tendering, proposals, compliance matrices, and bid clarifications.
• Support commercial and project execution with cost estimation and resource planning.
• Engage with EPCs, OEMs, system integrators; ensure standards compliance.
