PwC Indonesia is seeking a Risk Management & Independence professional to strengthen compliance, risk oversight, and business integrity across the firm. You will support risk monitoring, KYC reviews, regulatory reporting, training coordination, and process improvements while working closely with stakeholders across Consulting, Deals, and BAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or Law from a reputable university.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor KYC submissions, cover letters, and engagement compliance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain monthly risk and compliance reports across business units.
• Review Engagement Compliance Reviews (ECR) and support risk assessment activities.
• Coordinate training programs, coaching sessions, and participant tracking.
• Support PAC meetings through case summaries and communication of KYC and EA requirements.
• Manage enquiry and consultation assignments to appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitor Partner Hours Dashboard and other risk management metrics.
• Deliver A&C and Save It training sessions as an instructor.
• Maintain and update risk registers for Consulting, Deals, and BAS.
• Support system enhancements and UAT activities related to compliance processes.

Job description

Join PwC's Risk Management & Independence team and help strengthen compliance, risk oversight, and business integrity across the firm. Key Responsibilities

Review and monitor KYC submissions, cover letters, and engagement compliance requirements.

Prepare and maintain monthly risk and compliance reports across business units.

Review Engagement Compliance Reviews (ECR) and support risk assessment activities.

Coordinate training programs, coaching sessions, and participant tracking.

Support PAC meetings through case summaries and communication of KYC and EA requirements.

Manage enquiry and consultation assignments to appropriate stakeholders.
