PwC Indonesia is seeking an Associate in Deals Strategy and Operation within Deals Transaction Services. You will contribute to strategizing, developing and running capacity that benefits PwC and clients, while collaborating with multiple business units and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent with GPA 3.00/4.00 or higher.
• Fluency in Bahasa and English required.
• Basic understanding of financial analysis is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• As part of the PwC Deals Strategy and Operation team, contribute to strategy development and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional units to align client needs with capabilities.
• Handle, manipulate and analyze data responsibly and with integrity.
• Support risk management and compliance procedures.
• Engage with clients to build a strong internal/external network.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting , Management, Finance , Marketing , Engineering (Chemical or Industrial) or from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00;

• Associate:fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior internship experience in consulting or industry with strategy exposure is advantageous;

• General understanding of mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations;

• Fluent in Bahasa and English

• Good problem solving skill (hypothesis-based);

• Good analytical thinking;

• Good business acumen;

• Basic understanding of financial analysis is an advantage;

• Demonstrates proven experience using Microsoft office as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
