Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking an Associate in Financial Due Diligence within Deals Transaction Services. You will help organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures through data-driven financial analysis and due diligence.

You will contribute to both buy-side and sell-side engagements, validating financial and strategic assumptions and working within a collaborative PwC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• GPA above 3.0 / Distinction average from top universities in Indonesia and overseas.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
• Have an interest in Financial Due Diligence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
