Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge in finance and accounting.
• 3+ years in major financial advisory firms or related to the offering.
• Experience in Buy-side and Sell-side M&A advisory, due diligence, and valuation.
• Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A advisory and restructuring engagements with due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Contribute to transactional document review and negotiation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic and financial analyses.
• Maintain high-quality work with attention to accuracy and ethics.
