• Proven experience ensuring apparel quality from pre-production to bulk production.
• Strong knowledge of washed garments and finish quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final quality checks to meet customer standards.
• Assess fabric, garment construction, workmanship, measurements, and finished quality.
• Provide QA support to factories and merchandising teams to prevent and resolve issues.
• Identify quality risks, perform root-cause analyses, and follow up on corrective actions with factories.
• Communicate quality issues, tolerance requirements, and actions clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams throughout production.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
