Vuori, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Apparel Quality Assurance Team Lead in Indonesia (Jakarta or Semarang). You will oversee all quality and technical activity across Vuori production factories in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with Vuori Global Quality Standards.

Leadership, communication, and attention to detail are essential as you report to the QA Director and collaborate with CFA teams. The role requires managing QA and QC across processes, WIP, and final garments, with a focus on risk

Formación

• 5+ years of apparel manufacturing QA experience.
• Strong ethical standards and accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of garment construction and QC processes.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee factory manufacturing processes to align with Vuori quality requirements.
• Conduct quality improvement activity with CFA to ensure production quality monitored.
• Identify and align with Vuori QA Leader Team, factory QA team, on quality manufacturing checkpoints.
• Demonstrate correct processes through job training and illustrate benefits of proper process control.
• Work with CFA for Final Inspections to ensure good bulk shipment per Vuori Quality Standard.
• Coordinate pre-production meetings to review style details before bulk production.
• Arrange daily TOP & Inline sampling and final inspection schedule; assist CFA audits.
