Job summary

Vuori seeks a seasoned QA Lead in Indonesia (Jakarta or Semarang) to oversee quality and technical activity across production facilities. You will lead the QA team, ensure Vuori Quality Standards, and work with CFA for inspections and audit processing.

This role reports to the Quality Assurance Director and requires strong communication with factory management. Fluent English and local language skills are essential; willingness to travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in apparel QA and manufacturing processes.
• Integrity-driven ethics and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and QA.
• Excellent written and verbal English and local language communication.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and technical activity in Indonesia factories.
• Lead QA team and ensure Vuori Quality Standards.
• Coordinate pre-production meetings and inspection schedules.
• Identify risks and implement poka-yoke methods.
• Review monthly quality reports with Vendor Quality Management.
• Act as main liaison between Vuori and factory management.
• Provide training to factory staff.
• Work with CFA for inspections.
