Job summary

Cathay Pacific in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of Aircraft Technicians and Mechanics, ensuring safe, reliable operations in line with HKAR-145 and company standards.

You will oversee third-party suppliers, manage rosters, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while developing talent and maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• HKAR-66 B1 or B2 license.
• Minimum 1 current aircraft type authorisation.
• 5+ years in aircraft maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HK Civil Aviation regulations.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Aircraft Technicians / Mechanics on maintenance tasks.
• Oversee safety, compliance and service delivery with third party suppliers.
• Supervise and certify routine and non-routine maintenance to standards.
• Manage staff rosters and leave plans to optimise manpower.
• Coordinate audits and follow up findings to prevent recurrence.
• Develop employees and support succession planning.
