Job summary

ArcFusion in Jakarta is expanding its GenAI-enabled product team. You will design, build, and maintain software with integrated generative AI, delivering APIs, databases, tests, and production deployments.

You’ll own the UI for enterprise users and prototype concepts using AI-assisted tools to prove feasibility before full builds. We seek engineers with strong Python, LLM experience, frontend craft, and solid product judgment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years building production-ready software with ML or data engineering exposure.
Strong Python skills; proficiency in other modern languages is a plus.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and related tools.
Frontend capability with attention to craft and UI details.
Product judgment to decide what should be built and what can wait.
Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable AI-enabled systems with performance and cost targets.
Develop production backend services and APIs powering AI applications.
Build user-facing interfaces that are clear and pleasant to use.
Decide feature scope and prioritization based on user needs and constraints.
Implement comprehensive testing and monitoring for AI components.
Prototype quickly using AI-assisted development tools to validate ideas.
