Karunia Prima Nastari (KPN CORP) is seeking a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer in Jakarta to lead end-to-end AI projects. You will design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML/NLP models and work with data scientists and developers to integrate them into production systems.

You will optimize algorithms for performance and scalability, analyze large datasets, and ensure explainability and regulatory compliance under Indonesian law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficient in Python and major AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with data scientists and software developers.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end AI development lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design, develop, and implement ML and NLP models.
• Build AI applications and services using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Integrate AI models into production environments with data scientists and developers.
• Optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and opportunities for automation.
• Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance with data regulations (UU ITE).
• Align AI components with Human Capital system requirements across development and implementation stages.
