Job summary

BitHealth is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design scalable models for NLP, vision, and recommendations. You will own end-to-end development from data prep to deployment, collaborating with Product and Engineering to embed AI into our products.

You will mentor junior engineers, advance new algorithms, and stay updated on industry trends to drive production-ready solutions. Strong Python and cloud/MLOps skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
