You will apply advanced analytics, dashboards, and scenario planning across therapeutic areas, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to a data-driven culture within an international BIA community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in analytics or data analysis (regulated industry preferred).
• Commercial, marketing, or sales support experience is required.
• Pharma/healthcare experience is a plus.
• English proficiency for global collaboration is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across brands and channels.
• Design dashboards and reports tracking KPIs related to brand performance and engagement.
• Leverage forecasting, segmentation, and spend optimization to enrich insights.
• Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and external partners to ensure data quality and governance.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a data-driven culture.
