Job summary

Ku Creatives in Jakarta is seeking an Account Executive to close deals from warm leads via VSL funnels, cold email, and paid ads. You will pitch the right offer and drive signed agreements, coordinating with production for sample edits to prove capabilities before payment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years closing experience in B2B, strong English for US calls, and a proven track record in meeting quotas while running full sales cycles independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of closing experience in a sales role, ideally high-ticket or B2B.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Spoken English at C2 level is essential, as you will be on calls with US clients every day.

Responsibilities

• Run online sales calls with warm leads from our VSL funnels, cold email and paid ads.
• Understand what each prospect actually needs and pitch the right offer, whether that is a monthly subscription or a 90-day sprint.
• Own the full closing process from the first call to a signed agreement and first payment.
• Work with the production team to line up free sample edits that show prospects what we can deliver.
• Follow up with every lead in your pipeline until they close or say no.
• Handle objections around price, commitment and turnaround with confidence.
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Hit and beat your monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate a smooth handoff to onboarding once a deal closes so new clients start strong.
• Feed insights from your calls back to the team so our offers and funnels keep improving.
