Aqua Elektronik is seeking a Supervisor Admin Sales for Modern Market in Jakarta. You will supervise admin and sales activities across Modern Market accounts, ensure accurate dealer order input, and coordinate deliveries and stock with the SCM team.

Strong English and MS Office skills are essential. The role requires 3 years in a similar position, familiarity with SAP, and a disciplined, detail-oriented work style to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in the same role, industry a plus.
• Excellent English communication.
• Proficient MS Office, databases, and data input systems.
• Mature, hardworking, fast learner.
• Well organized, persistent, able to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, number-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and supervise the administration and sales activities of all Modern Market accounts.
• Input and process dealer sales orders into the system accurately and promptly.
• Monitor product deliveries from the warehouse to dealers and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels and SAP data; coordinate with the SCM team on stock allocation and distribution.
• Manage dealer invoice payments according to terms.
• Handle and process bill deductions, rebates, and related programs per regulations.
• Coordinate and manage the return of goods from dealers to the SCM warehouse.
• Prepare and submit tax reports in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable balances for all Modern Market dealers.
• Prepare daily sales omzet and delivery tracking reports.
• Prepare monthly sales closing and omzet reports.
