Job summary

PT Megatek Konsindo is seeking an experienced Administration & Operation Personnel with at least 3 years in NDT, engineering inspection and project operations. You will prepare manpower histograms, project schedules, quotations, pricing calculations, and commercial proposals, while maintaining databases and project records.

You will communicate professionally with clients and project teams, draft management letters and reports, and ensure documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration and operation management.
• Experience in NDT, Engineering Inspection, and Technical Services.
• Knowledge of NDT administration and documentation.
• Knowledge of contracts and service agreements.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage manpower histograms and project schedules.
• Prepare quotations, pricing calculations, and commercial proposals.
• Manage, maintain, and control databases covering all technical disciplines.
• Prepare professional project management letters, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and operational records.
