Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of PSAK and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in the palm oil industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP or equivalent ERP experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly closing process and annual audit, including preparation of monthly financial statements and audited reports.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, along with the necessary supporting documentation.
• Compile and analyze financial information in the balance sheet and profit & loss statement, and document business transactions.
• Develop and implement effective accounting systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely execution of fieldwork and audit schedules.
