Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly review of subsidiaries' financial statements for accuracy and compliance

• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations for listed companies

Conduct a thorough monthly review of subsidiaries' financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance with PSAK, and adherence to accounting standards.

Prepare detailed consolidation reports for internal and external stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring transparency and clarity in financial reporting.

Provide expert guidance on accounting operations, adhering to best practices and staying updated on relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensure strict compliance with OJK regulations for listed companies, facilitating smooth listing procedures when applicable.

Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, collaborating with auditors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.

Support various finance-related initiatives by handling ad hoc assignments as directed by the Accounting Manager or Financial Controller.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience at an accounting firm, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.

Proven expertise in handling listed companies, with a deep understanding of financial and regulatory challenges.

Strong knowledge of consolidation procedures, ensuring seamless integration of financial data across entities.

Preferably, a well-rounded background in both public accounting and corporate finance, particularly in property development/real estate.

Advance in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
