Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience with supervisory/assistant manager responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience in outsourcing, manpower, staffing, WaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop an accounting team.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good grasp of accounting standards and tax/regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review daily, weekly, and monthly accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Review and prepare manual journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements per standards and policies.
• Monitor accounting processes and internal controls for reliable data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Support internal and external reporting, audit processes, and provide data and analysis.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team with coaching and feedback.
• Identify process improvements and ensure procedures are efficient and compliant.
• Support the Accounting Manager in day-to-day operations and initiatives.
