Job summary

MyRobin.ID is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to oversee daily to monthly accounting transactions and journal entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, HR and other teams to maintain reliable financial data and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in accounting with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience in outsourcing or WaaS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review accounting transactions and journals across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Prepare and review manual journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements per applicable standards and policies.
• Monitor processes and internal controls to ensure reliable financial data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and cross‑functional teams for smooth operations.
• Support internal and external reporting and audit processes with data and analysis.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team with coaching and feedback.
• Identify process improvements and align procedures with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Accounting Manager in day‑to‑day operations and initiatives.
