Job summary

YARD Financial Solutions in Bali seeks an experienced Accounting Senior to join our team. You will handle daily financial transactions for clients, prepare monthly reports, and support tax administration and audits.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting (or 1 year in a similar role), PSAK knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as Accurate or Xero. Placement at Ungasan, Badung, Bali; full-time with BPJS and tax coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, or 1 year in a similar role
• Experience in service or consulting firms preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the accurate and timely recording of clients' daily financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports).
• Coordinate with the project team and management to ensure a smooth financial workflow.
• Assist in checking client financial records.
• Manage invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
• Assist with tax administration (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).
• Perform routine bank reconciliations.
• Assist in data preparation for internal and external audit purposes.
• Archive financial and administrative documents neatly.
• Compile reports on office operational expenses.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance division or management.

YARD Financial Solutions (A Consulting company) are seeking an experienced Accounting Senior to join the dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's client.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the accurate and timely recording of clients' daily financial transactions.
• Preparing monthly financial reports, such as journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Coordinating with the project team and management to ensure a smooth financial workflow.
• Assisting in checking client financial records.
• Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
• Assisting with the tax administration process (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).

What we're looking for
