Job summary

8x8 is seeking an accounting professional to join our global finance team. You will manage NetSuite-based processes, prepare journal entries, reconcile intercompany activity, and support close deadlines across APAC and other regions.

The role emphasizes SOX compliance, audit support, and reporting. You will collaborate with regional teams, external auditors, and tax advisors, delivering accurate financial data while maintaining strong controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience; auditing/commercial background is a plus.
• Proficient in NetSuite and MS Office; able to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor all Business Partners in NetSuite.
• Prepare, resolve and reconcile intergroup billing issues.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and revaluations.
• Own the close checklist and meet close deadlines.
• Review P&L and balance sheet; explain MoM and QoQ variances.
• Coordinate with regional team on monthly payment plans and cash flow.
• Prepare SOX reports and support group audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and bankers.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
