Job summary

Tada is hiring a Senior Accountant to maintain accuracy and timeliness of financial records across the company and its subsidiaries. You will supervise month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and prepare consolidated financial statements while supporting the Accounting Manager in ensuring compliance.

You will interact with auditors, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements. This is an on-site role at BSD, Indonesia, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Solid understanding of PSAK/IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software such as Xero.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage month-end closing procedures for Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
• Manage intercompany transactions, balances, and eliminations.

Information about the role:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial records across the company and its subsidiaries. This position involves overseeing complex accounting activities, preparing consolidated financial reports, managing audits, and supporting the Accounting Manager in ensuring that all financial operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibility

• Execute and manage month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of all Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, balances, and eliminations.
• Prepare and summarize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash Flow) for management review.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable management insights.
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external audits, ensuring timely and complete submission of required data and documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideally within a group or consolidated reporting environment.
• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and accounting systems (preferably Xero).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
