Adecco Indonesia is assisting our client, a growing real estate and property development company in Lombok, in hiring an experienced Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant.

This hands-on role requires owning the company’s accounting, taxation, financial reporting and regulatory compliance, supervising the Accounting & Finance team, and delivering insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Tax
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting regulations
• Experience with LKPM preparation and submission is preferred
• Experience supervising or guiding an Accounting & Finance team
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high level of responsibility
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote working environment
• Good English communication skills are an advantage

Responsabilités

• Manage the company’s end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Manage bookkeeping, account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle corporate tax compliance, including monthly tax reporting and payments, local taxes, corporate income tax calculations, and annual tax returns.
• Prepare and submit LKPM reports and other required regulatory submissions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, payroll, and financial controls.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and accurately recorded.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Accounting & Finance team.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to management.
• Ensure all accounting and tax activities comply with applicable Indonesian regulations.
