Boston Scientific mencari Senior Accountant di Indonesia untuk menjalankan tutup buku bulanan, rekonsiliasi antarperusahaan, dan laporan keuangan; berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak di lingkungan global perusahaan.

Deskripsi pekerjaan mencakup akuntansi umum, aset tetap, dan integrasi SAP dengan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi proses keuangan internasional.

Qualifications

• Gedung pendidikan Bachelor di Akuntansi/Keuangan/Bisnis sesuai bidangnya.
• Minimum 6 tahun pengalaman di Accounting & Controlling atau fungsi keuangan terkait.
• Pengalaman 2–3 tahun sebagai finance/business partner komersial.
• Pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan multinasional sangat diutamakan.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi pemeliharaan akun dan catatan dengan menilai pengeluaran, beban, dan pendapatan.
• Menyiapkan laporan keuangan, entri GL, dan entri jurnal untuk tim.
• Memastikan akurasi keuangan melalui laporan laba rugi, neraca, dan laporan keuangan lain.
• Merancang dan memelihara sistem akuntansi umum untuk aset, liabilitas, dan transaksi keuangan.
• Menetapkan kebijakan akuntansi dengan memahami GAP dan pedoman baru.
• Memiliki inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan, standarisasi proses antar entitas hukum.
• Berupaya memenuhi KPI dan level layanan dengan mitra bisnis.
• Spesialis aset tetap: memproses permintaan modal dan memelihara database aset tetap.
• Spesialis perjalanan: mengaudit laporan agar kepatuhan kebijakan biaya perjalanan.

Purpose Statement

Performs a variety of complex duties in general accounting such as analyzing accounts, preparing reports, reconciling intercompany accounts, and performing the monthly financial close and consolidation, initiating bank transfers, maintaining fixed assets and CIP, and maintaining & performing software interfaces with SAP. Measures performance against key performance indicators and metrics, and continually identifies ways to improve and streamline processes.

Key Responsibility

• Oversees the maintenance of accounts and records by managing disbursements, expenses and income.
• Compiles and analyzes financial information through preparation of reports, general ledger entries and journal entries.
• Assures financial accuracy by preparing business unit and consolidated income statements and balance sheets and other accounting statements and reports.
• Designs, modifies, installs and maintains general accounting systems to provide records of assets, liabilities and financial transactions.
• Establishes and communicates accounting policies by maintaining a thorough understanding of GAP and new accounting guidance as appropriate.
• Takes an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, standardizing processes across multiple legal entities.
• Works to deliver upon key performance metrics and service levels agreed with business partners.
• Specific to the fixed asset specialty: Process capital requests and maintain fixed asset database.
• Specific to travel specialty: Responsible for monitoring adherence to travel and expense policies by auditing reports, ensures accuracy of expense reporting and maintains interfaces.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting & Controlling (A&C) or related finance functions.
• At least 2-3 years of commercial finance/business partnering experience.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Shared Services environments, cross-functional collaboration, and regional stakeholder management is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies.
