Job summary

The role blends local country accounting stewardship with SEA-wide responsibilities, partnering with GBS and leveraging digital tools to advance automation and standardization across markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
6+ years of experience in Accounting & Controls or related finance functions.
Experience in multinational corporations and Shared Services environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support accuracy and integrity of financial reporting under US GAAP and local standards.
Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities with reconciliations.
Monitor results, identify anomalies, and provide analysis and recommendations.
Coordinate with GBS to ensure timely accounting deliverables.
Support statutory reporting, external audits, and regulatory obligations.
Develop regional process expertise and standardization across SEA.
Leverage Power BI and data analytics to improve reporting and controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and automation.
