Job summary

A technology solutions company in Surabaya is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on selling IT products to retail partners and project partners. The role involves finding and managing new customer accounts, developing long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. Candidates should have at least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, strong communication skills in English, and preferably in Mandarin. A vehicle and computer skills are necessary. This position may require travel outside Surabaya for project implementations.

Sales who focus on selling IT Product to Retail Partner / Traditional Market (Master Dealer, Dealer & Reseller Partner) & Project Partner (SI).

Responsible for selling by search new account Retail Partner / Traditional Market & Project Partner, develop and managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them (Retail Partner / Traditional Market & Project Partner).

Main Duties
  • Find, create, searching and looking own new customer (Retail & Project Partner) through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting and etc.
  • Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer - Project & Retail Partner : Master Dealer, Dealer, Reseller & SI Partner is a must.
Requirements
  • Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
  • Have own a vehichle ( Motor / Car ) and Laptop is a must.
  • Having experienced minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing.
  • Have data base / customer list coverage from existing account preferably ( End User / Project ) and experience in tender process from begining until ending preferably.
  • Strong background as a sales / account manager.
  • Understanding of the disciplines required to develop and create new project (Tender / PL) is a must.
  • Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active).
  • Able to communicate in mandarin is our priority.
  • Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, sales target oriented, aggressively sales goal oriented focus, communication skills.
  • Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure & work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
  • Willing to work at Surabaya Area (Branch Office ) and ready to business trip to outside Surabaya area for creating, presentation, installation, implementation project and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if necesary, to do the presentation, training, sales support, etc.
