Job summary

IGG is looking for an experienced Environment Artist to create stylized and Western-style environmental worlds for our games in Indonesia. You will interpret concept art and game settings to model environments, props, textures, and materials, while coordinating with across the pipeline to ensure cohesive art direction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of environment art experience, solid knowledge of PBR workflows, and familiarity with Unity3D.

Qualifications

• Excellent artistic foundation and aesthetic sense across environment production
• 3+ years of experience in environment art production
• Familiar with PBR and stylized/ NPR rendering; hand-painted workflows a plus; awareness of AI tools in production
• Good communication, ability to work under pressure, proactive problem-solving; AAA game experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create stylized, Western cartoon and realistic 3D environments; craft props, textures, and materials
• Interpret game settings and concept art to produce high-quality environment models
• Coordinate across the pipeline to achieve final art effects
• Understand and apply Unity3D engine in production processes
