Job summary

mGanik Group in Jakarta seeks a creative Seller Content Specialist to empower our official sellers and affiliates by producing high-converting short-form video content, from scripting to on-camera delivery.

You will own the content workflow for clinical nutrition topics, monitor trends on TikTok and Shopee, and collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets reflect a trusted, professional brand across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts or similar.
• Strong on-camera presentation abilities.
• Understanding of diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic health.
• Storytelling and hooks/CTAs for social video.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content pillar strategies and write engaging short-form video scripts centered around clinical nutrition, diabetes, and hypertension.
• Act as the primary on-camera face for seller education and product promotional videos; present health insights confidently.
• Manage the content creation lifecycle from scripting to final editing in collaboration with the creative/video team.
• Monitor viral trends and formats on TikTok/Shopee to improve CTR and engagement.

Job description

We are seeking a creative, highly energetic, and medically knowledgeable Seller Content Specialist . In this role, you will be the core engine empowering mGanik's official sellers and affiliates by producing high-converting short-form video content. You will manage the end-to-end content process—from scientific scriptwriting to being the on-camera talent—ensuring our sellers have the best, most credible marketing assets to drive their sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content pillar strategies and write engaging, accurate short-form video scripts (TikTok/Shopee) centered around clinical nutrition, diabetes, and hypertension, translating complex medical data into easy-to-understand seller assets.
• Act as the primary on-camera face for seller education and product promotional videos; deliver health insights and product benefits confidently, charismatically, and naturally.
• Manage the content creation lifecycle from scripting to final editing, collaborating closely with the creative/video team to ensure the visual output, including B-rolls, aligns perfectly with mGanik's professional and trusted brand identity.
• Constantly monitor viral trends, trending audio, filters, and formats on TikTok/Shopee to innovate video \"Hooks,\" driving higher Click-Through Rates (CTR) and engagement for our sellers.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Nutrition, Dietetics , or a related health science discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in creative short-form video content creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) or commercial social media management.
• Deep understanding of short-form video anatomy (Hook, Body, CTA) and storytelling formulas.
• Exceptional, expressive, and articulate presentation skills in front of the lens.
• Strong foundational understanding of diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic health.
• Highly confident, highly communicative, and well-groomed.
