The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of supervisory security experience in hospitality or property sectors, with strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.

Job description

Bestay by Bali Super Host is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Security Supervisor to lead our security team and ensure the safety and protection of our properties, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily security operations across assigned properties

Lead, train, and monitor the performance of security personnel

Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and company assets

Conduct regular patrols and security inspections

Handle incident reporting and investigations when necessary

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Coordinate with management regarding security matters and risk prevention

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; relevant certification in security management is a plus

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory security role (hospitality or property industry preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of security procedures and emergency response

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Physically fit and able to work in shifts
