About the role

PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia) is seeking a Security Risk & Intelligence Specialist to join our security services team in Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks whilst providing actionable intelligence to protect our clients' assets, personnel, and operations. As a Security Risk & Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing emerging threats, conducting security assessments, and developing comprehensive risk management strategies. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of security service delivery across our operations.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments for clients, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats to personnel, facilities, and operations

Gather, analyse, and interpret intelligence information from multiple sources to identify emerging security risks and threats

Develop and maintain security threat profiles and risk registers for assigned clients and operational areas

Prepare detailed security risk reports and intelligence briefings for senior management and clients

Monitor and track security incidents, near-misses, and trends to identify patterns and recommend preventative measures

Collaborate with security operations teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and security protocols

Conduct security awareness training and briefings for client personnel on identified risks and best practices

Maintain and update security databases and documentation to support ongoing risk monitoring and compliance

Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement, and other stakeholders regarding security matters and incident reporting

Participate in security planning and strategy development to enhance protective measures

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security risk assessment, intelligence analysis, or related security roles

Strong knowledge of security risk management frameworks, threat assessment methodologies, and intelligence analysis principles

Proficiency in identifying and analysing security threats, vulnerabilities, and potential incidents

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information and develop actionable recommendations

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to prepare clear reports and briefings

Familiarity with security systems, access control technologies, and monitoring equipment

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security protocols

Relevant certifications such as Certified Security Professional (CSP), Security Risk Management (SRM), or equivalent qualifications are preferred

Experience in the Jakarta or Southeast Asian business environment is advantageous
