Job summary

Key duties include deploying SIEM, IDS/IPS, and WAF, conducting vulnerability assessments, participating in incident response, and supporting security documentation and training initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Security Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF.
• Experience with incident response and security investigations.
• Familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and other security tools.
• Configure and monitor security systems to detect and respond to security threats.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
• Participate in security incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Perform security assessments, audits, and inspections to identify gaps and improvements.
• Monitor security systems and logs for suspicious activity and generate reports.
• Assist in the implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide technical input for security awareness programs.
