Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Cyber Security or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT Security Operations or related roles.
• Experience with customer interactions and security reporting.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security technologies (EDR, device control, patch management).
• Experience with major endpoint protection platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage Endpoint Security including patching, antivirus, encryption, DLP and device control.
• Maintain security compliance of all operations.
• Create monthly customer reports and provide data as required.
• Communicate with supervisor to investigate and resolve irregular conditions.

Job description

Manage Endpoint Security, such as patching, antivirus, encryption, DLP & device control.
Maintain security compliance of all operations.
Create a monthly report for the customer
Create & submit material sales data for customers
Communicate to superior to investigate and solve irregular conditions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security Operations, Endpoint Security, Security Administration, or related roles.

Experience working with customers and preparing operational or security reports.

Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security technologies, including:

EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)

Device Control

Patch Management

Experience administering endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, Symantec, Trend Micro, McAfee, Sophos, or equivalent platforms.

Good understanding of Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting.
