GoTo Group is seeking a Security Operations Senior Manager to fully own and lead the incident response function, guiding a team of highly capable responders and investigators. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of security operations, threat detection, and digital forensics within a fast-moving organization.

Qualifications

• Led major incidents and investigations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience guiding senior stakeholders (C-suite/Board) during security events.
• Proven ability to translate technical findings into business impact and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Be the leader for incident response - empower and guide the team.
• Manage end-to-end cyber incidents per playbooks and post-mortem insights.
• Coordinate with business and tech stakeholders during incidents across networks, endpoints, and cloud.
• Set yearly goals and priorities for the team and ensure deliverables.
• Provide strategic budget inputs and support Security Engineering.
• Coach and develop direct/indirect reports within the broader team.
• Build relationships with leadership to drive security standards and cross-functional collaboration.
• Research local and global cyber threats affecting the company.
