Job summary

FWD Group is seeking an IT Security Operations Lead to drive security operations across on‑premise and cloud environments in Jakarta. You will coordinate vulnerability management, incident response, and security configurations with the Cyber Security team, ensuring protection of business assets and data.

The role requires a strong background in SecOps, SIEM tooling, and threat intelligence, along with leadership of a 2‑person NFTE team and collaboration with BISO and GIS functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security or a related discipline.
• Experience in engineering, configuring, and troubleshooting security systems is essential.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SecOps team in daily activities related to vulnerability management and coordinate with BISO.
• Oversee external vulnerability management, security configuration, and firewall operations.
• Manage cloud security, endpoint compliance, and incident handling processes.
• Coordinate patch advisories and DLP/ email & web security monitoring with GIS guidance.
• Consult with Group Information Security functions to ensure aligned security operations.
