Park Hyatt Jakarta, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, seeks a Security Assistant Manager to oversee safety training, incident reporting, and security operations at the Jakarta property. The role involves coordinating CPR and life safety programs, and serving as liaison with local law enforcement to ensure guest and staff safety.

Responsibilities include supervising security staff, documenting incidents, managing access control and CCTV systems, and enforcing hotel security policies.

Competenze

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Has minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in 5 stars International Hotel Chain.
• Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Coordinate safety training including CPR and life safety systems.
• Liaise with federal, state and local law enforcement authorities.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports and documentation.
